Happy New Year! The last year difficult on alot of different fronts for me. I have learned alot this past year and even the beginning of this one about myself and relationships. This year, I want to take what I have learned and become better for it.

Hmmm about me.... I am a simple jeans-and-tshirt guy. So what you see is what you get. I have worked in the Law Enforcement field for about 10 years and also have a small online retail business I am developing. My interests include Eastern Philosophy, Japanese Anime, some video games and I am a martial arts enthusiast (Wing Chun). I also work out (weight lift/jog) several times a week. Several months ago, I started atkins and have lost almost 40lbs. I love old school hip-hop/R&B/Neo-soul (Floetry, Jill Scott, Mos Def, John Legend, Maxwell, Badu, Eric Clapton (lol), etc), Spoken Word (getting more into it), Poetry Slams and the local art scene (getting into it). I absolutely love the Pacific Northwest and its atmosphere and want to take in more out door activities: bike trails, day hikes, water fronts, etc. I prefer the small setting of a coffee/tea shop/bookstore over huge crowds/events/concerts. I would prefer to meet someone with similar taste in those regards.

I am seeking a simple woman that is interested in building a relationship/friendship/more. I am open to all races and body types. I would also prefer to meet a woman with no children. I am looking for a woman that can communciate openly: her feelings and thoughts and wants the same from me. Finding someone that is shy, sensual, big-hearted and has a good sense of humor would be a plus!
