I like taking aimless walks around town, admiring architecture, exploring and discovering new restaurants, bars, galleries or whatever! I enjoy good restaurants like Daniel but I've also been know to chow down at dives like Sidewalk Cafe in LES.
I love live music and I play guitar as a hobby. I'm into alternative rock bands like Helio Sequence, The Killers, Muse, Pet Shop Boys, A-Ha, Beck, Interpol .. but my musical tastes are varied. I enjoy everything from Classical to Hip Hop - but not the songs about 'bitches and hoes' so much. My favorite music venue is the Bowery Ballroom. I enjoy almost any kind of artistic performance; modern dance, ballet, plays. I haven't been to an opera yet but I'd really like to experience it.
I like movies too. I tend to favor independent films;
they're usually more interesting than the typical Hollywood formulaic movies, but those are fun too. Some of my favorites are: the entire Bourne Series, Fargo, the Lord of The Rings, Office Space, Sunshine.
I work out a few times a week and I've got an athletic build (I'm told I have nice arms). I like ice skating, biking, traveling (love Paris and London),reading and I'm willing to try almost anything once. I also enjoy cooking and quite evenings at home listening to music or watching a good DVD.
I'm looking for someone positive, friendly, intelligent, caring and sensitive. Someone I can have conversations with about anything, sometimes very personal matters. A woman who appreciates an honest, loyal, loving and affectionate man (who gives great massages and is a terrific kisser!)
