I am a divorced mother of 3 adult children who are off having families of their own. Yes I am a big part of my children’s and the grandchildren’s lives but it is time for me to have a special someone in my life. I was talking with my grandson the other day and he said that I need to have a boyfriend. I asked him why that was a priority in his mind for Gram to have someone in her life. He said because you deserve to have someone in your life that loves you Gram. I thought about his statement and realized that I do work a lot because I don’t want to be home in an empty house. I keep telling myself that I enjoy the solitude which I do at times but I do miss having someone to come home to or to come home to me. I am still not making a relationship priority one in my life because when you search you never find, and I am not desperate to have someone in my life now. I would like to meet a fabulous friend where we can take the time to get to know each other and see where it goes from there.
I don’t find talking about myself or my past very interesting but I will say this I am attracted to tall African American men. I love anything that has to do with the water, swimming, water skiing, or just sitting at the beach taking in the beauty to clear my mind. I have been pretty much a homebody lately because I go to work and come home and it is getting old so on my off days I have been trying to get out more. I am starting school again in January and I am looking so forward to it. I am a Criminal Justice Major going for my bachelors. I may than continue on to become a paralegal I have not decide yet.
I love all kinds of music and I love a good mystery movie with at twist.
I am an old school woman with a big heart however I have learned not to let someone take advantage of my good heartedness. I would like to meet a prospective life partner not a bed partner.
