Hi all, I hope you're reading this and great things are happening in your life, and that you're in a good place. I just realized that I'm doing this all wrong. I like nerds, no, I love nerds. I love people that can teach me something. I love people who volunteer, and that wouldn't mind spending a Saturday with Habitat for Humanity. I like women that aren't the cookie cutter version of every one else. Being attractive is great, but, being socially conscious is awesome. I find socially awkward (in a good way) people, adorable. I'm not a vegan (as you can tell), but, I really want to move toward a veggie lifestyle. I'm a fan of anybody that fights for those who can't fight for themselves-- kids, animals, immigrants, old people and poor people. I'm a really nice guy, I like to find the good in all people. I volunteer when I can, open doors for people, and generally have a smile on my face 90% of the time.

I might sound like a push over, but, I'm born and bred in New York. We really don't make push overs there. So although I'll open a door for you, I have no problem throwing a guy over a table to defend you. Lol... seriously though.

I'm just really tired of dating for the sake of dating- I'd like to have someone to listen to music with on the couch on a Wednesday night, make inside jokes with, share ideas with, see indie movies with, and wrestle with on a Sunday morning.

*** PSA: I am not going to waste your time. I'm not playing cat and mouse, you won't need to chase me. I really don't have time for a challenge either. Also, please don't waste my time. If you're not interested, let's not email tag. People think it's cruel to just say "No thanks." I think its far more cruel to lead people on. I'm not going to do it, I ask for the same in return. We don't know each others, so there can't be heartbreak. ***

I put a lot of info in this so there are no surprises, but, if anything sounds harsh- I apologize.

With that said, I'm a simple guy, looking to meet a fun, educated, kind woman. I don't fall for what you do for me, I fall for who you are. I'm a busy person. I like movies, live music, comedy, and I really like art museums. I've had to go to a lot of those solo and am looking to change that.

I have a weakness for sweethearts and women that enjoy being women. 80% of the time, I'll probably think you're sexier in sweats and a t-shirt, wearing your glasses with your hair pulled back, than all done up ready to hit the town. If you're an absolute sweetheart, like truly a kind person, I'm already really interested.

I'm traditional in my view of the way men should act. I'm not arching my eyebrows, or getting a pedicure anytime soon. I really like giving massages, making sure I can put a smile on your face and listening to the problems of a woman I care about. I'm in her corner just like she's in mine.

I'm a normal guy, not crazy at all, I'm not the type to stalk a .jpg and some words. I'm currently in law school, and hopefully I will pursue a jd/mba. That means right now I'm broke, so I can't do dinner at Le Cirque or Broadway shows (I don't know the Philly equivalent of that). I'm all for going to libraries, coffee shops, indie movie theaters, parks, the farmers market, and other cool stuff like that. That matters to some people, and if I'm no longer interesting to you, I won't be offended. Lol.

Even if we don't make a "love connection," I wouldn't mind making some socially awkward, awesome, hippie friends.
