Fit4life

Let me see, I am a simple guy from Chicago that likes to workout and keep in shape. I do enjoy a movie and a lounge also, you have to stay young at heart. I am a personal trainer and have been in the fitness industry for 20 + years. I do have a side of me that loves the night life, as I did live in Vegas for 10 years but I also like to get up early and do some cardio and workout.

I don't work on weekends, so I get up and ride my bike on Lake Shore Drive each day. I get in 40-50mi on the weekends. (In the summertime.) What can I say, I have an addictive personality :-) After a good bike ride I enjoy a movie at the theater or a walk around the museum. But when the winter comes around I will go to the gym and get a run in or ride the bike, then to the museum or movie, creature of habit... LOL!


I do have a 16yr old daughter that lives with her mom in New Mexico that I do love with all of my heart. Any other questions, just ask!

Time for an update;
I am back to try this again as the last person I thought I met was not what she claimed to be. Anyhow, I am moving to Arizona to not only be closer to my daughter but I need a break from Chicago winters. Its time for a change and I am tired of the games, so lets keep this as real as possible.
