Whats up, my name's Devin.Hmm,where to start.. well, one side of my family is originally from the Dominican Republic, while the other side is from the States, so i guess thats kind of interesting.I love my son, he's my inspiration for everything i do, so i just hope i can continue to make him proud. As for myself, I was born in Newark, NJ, raised in Queens NY, i came out to california to be with family and go to school, which I recently graduated from UCSD with a degree in urban studies and planning and minor in education (ucsd tritons baby!)school is very important to me, as are my grades.I challenge conventional thinking, question normality, I like a good debate from time to time. I'm very goal-oriented, and weird at times, but in a good way lol.I'm not a player, pimp, hustler, gangsta, thug or anything of that sort, I'm just me, and ive gotten quite comfortable with that over these past years in college. I'm an easy going guy, mostly goofy at times, but know when to be serious.I love laughing, especially at my own expense,i'm very random.I tend to drift to left field with my humorous thoughts, and i make cheesy puns, but i get a good laugh out of them.I'll blurt out anything to avoid awkward silences.I've recently been volunteering at a family shelter near my house, i really like it a lot because I like to help people, as well as meet new people.I'm also a part of an activist group called the Venus Project, which promotes uses of alternative forms of energy. I've also started skateboarding a few years ago, and discovered that i'm pretty good at it, so i do that whenver i can also... im passionate about music, among other things.
AS A BOYFRIEND: im pretty easy to please. I dont care how much you weigh, or how often your nails are painted, i dont constantly need to kno who you're with or where you are. As long as you're safe, I can be pretty trusting. I dont need a woman to cook and clean and wash my clothes for me, although i do appreciate the gesture, let ME cook for YOU...(or try to) I want someone that I can bring around the family, go on trips with, or just stay in n watch a movie.Someone to teach me to camp or fish or hike, because l've never done either dangit! Someone to have cheesy inside jokes with, have snowball fights,kiss, hug, hold, all that good stuff, while we people watch and make fun of passers by lol.
WHAT I LOOK FOR: As far as my "type" of woman, i honestly can't say i have one. I dont prefer any one race over another, because you never know what you like until you've tried everything,but i will say i have an attraction to the eccentric, the geeky, dorky, odd,unusual, whatever you prefer to call it.
