Okay, a lot of people are not honest with themselves when entering these dating sites and that crosses over when meeting people. So here is an honest breakdown of who i am in a nutshell! I'm highly self sufficient who works hard everyday, a novice to the online dating community but, knows how to interact and socialize. I love people and love my very small family. I am from NYC (brooklyn) so, i'm a new yorker at heart. I have been growing locks (dreads) for almost 2 years now and have no plans on cutting them. I have a since of humor that is crazy however, when meeting new people i tend to hold back a little, (don't want to put my first impression in jeopardy) I am in love with Hip-Hop. Not just the music but the culture in it's entirety but, enjoy all music except "Metal". I can get quiet from time to time but that's just me being me so don't take it personal. i am very passionate about my career, so working hard at what i do is not an option for me. I tend to get bored when things start to become a routine so, i always like to try to switch things up a little. The woman that I'm searching for i want to have some of the same qualities as myself like have her own place or roommate, vehicle, career but most importantly, a good heart. Someone who knows how to hold an intellectual conversation and does not like to ARGUE! all the time. Someone who is affectionate and loves for her significant other to be the same but not all time. someone who loves to go out but also can suggest a quiet night at home with wine and a DVD. a woman who is always striving for more and grateful with what they've been blessed with. someone who's humble and is not afraid to ask for help when needed. Everyone need someone at sometime. Those are just some of the things about myself and the person I'm interested in however, no one finds the perfect person but, we all end up with someone who is perfect for each other.
