My friends would describe me as somewhat complex on one hand and simple on another. I guest that is because my interest range from the intellectual to the juvenile which means I can enjoy deep thought provoking literature as much as cartoons. I love good conversation and good coffee (yes I am one of those people that pays too much for a coffee drink at Starbucks and love it).

In my spare time I like to read, go to the movies (I am a action movie junkie) or the theater, shopping, traveling, playing poker, working around the house or just spending time with friends and family. I love to travel out of the country in order to soak up other cultures and the natural beauty of the world. Even though I love to travel, I truly believe there is no place like home. I am not one to jump out of a plane or run a marrathon but a warm home environment you will always find.

I love to laugh and feel that without love and laughter, life would be unbearable. I truly do believe the greatest gift we can give to ourselves is the ability to laugh at ourselves. My friends say that they love to hear me laugh and can tell that I am in the room when they hear my laugh (not quite sure what that means, but I have taken it as a compliment).

I believe in romance and understand that it takes the work and commitment of 2 people to make a relationship rewarding. I am at the point in my life where I understand myself and have a pretty good idea what it is I want in life. I know what I want in and from a partner as well as being ready to dedicate myself to making my relationship work.
